The life of Turner and the unfairness of his society. Unfortunately doesn't show much of Turner's conflicts and artistic process.
An quietly astonishing film with a nuanced, subtle performance by Timothy Spall. Like going inside a painting and finding a beating heart.

I gave it a try, I couldn’t connect with the character, the art design and acting are superb but the story didn’t dazzle me
