Throw-back, so good when I was a kid and still a pretty decent watch today
This movie was my childhood. I guess the nostalgia behind this movie for me makes it really special. I recommended :)
I thought this was too sappy, even as an 8 year old
A nice movie about a girl and her gorilla, and how they both suffers with each other the lack of kindness of the human kind.
Not super unique & the sfx are understandably dated now but I loved it as a kid. Good action scenes & decent enough plot for a family watch
Excellent soundtrack. A solid film that is definitely underrated. Love the story and execution

Absolutely loved this movie growing up. A heartwarming story. Worth the watch.
Holds your attention, but it’s pretty formulaic and is a basic kids movie.

Returning from a hunting trip in the forest, the Henderson family's car hits an animal in the road. At first they fear it was a man, but when they examine the "body" they find it's a "bigfoot". They think it's dead so they decide to take it home (there could be some money in this). As you guessed, it isn't dead. Far from being the ferocious monster they fear "Harry" to be, he's a friendly giant.
