This was Louis CK near his cultural and creative peak. Lots of memorable jokes. Doesn’t hold up as well a decade later.

Pretty good stand up. Sucks that it comes from Louie, the jokes about being a gross asshole aren’t as funny when you know they’re true

Louis C. K. has an odd way of thinking. When he says, it seems so obvious but needless to say something is very hilariously wrong about him.
Louis is the man. Who cares if he jerks in front of some gals, at least a he asked.
If honestly find it difficult to distinguish between Louis CK stand-up specials. But I’ve seen them all & they’re all consistently great

An original stand-up comedy special written and performed by comedian Tom Segura.
This material was developed and prepared over the last year or so, mostly in comedy clubs. This special kind of goes back to when he used to just make noises and be funny for no particular reason. It felt right to him to shoot this special in a club to give it that live immediate intimate feeling. The show is about an hour long. The opening act, who is seen at the beginning (good place for an opening act) is Jay London. One of his favorite club comics going way back to the late 80s when he first started in working in New York.

It’s always been a dream of mine to do a show at the Fillmore. The name itself is synonymous with legendary performances. Countless iconic musicians and comedians have been on that stage. To be a part of that history was something I’ll never forget. As much as I was trying to keep my head together before the show, I couldn’t help but feel like a tourist or just some random dude who won a contest. LET IT GO represents the culmination of material I developed on the road from 2008-2009.
