It’s good for it’s time strange at times for sure
Teenage version of monsters inc and does a great job showing the dangers of peer pressure
A masterpiece amongst kids films of the era. A cautionary tale of grooming + child trafficking disguised as a monster movie. Killer OST too!

Night Breed: Junior. Worth it for the beautiful art direction and set design and the conceit is fun enough. Oddly crude, too. Oh the 80s!
Pretty good kids movie some scenes are really fun
Loved this movie as a kid. I feel like it doesn’t get much love but I really liked Howie Mandel in this.
Like the goonies but underrated watching it filled a void in my soul.
Kinda disturbing imagery for kids but I remember liking the movie.
This movie should not be considered a kids movie. This terrified me as a kid.

Larry Donner, an author with a cruel ex-wife, teaches a writing workshop in which one of his students, Owen, is fed up with his domineering mother. When Owen watches a Hitchcock classic that seems to mirror his own life, he decides to put the movie's plot into action and offers to kill Larry's ex-wife, if Larry promises to murder his mom.
