Definitely worth watching. A bit strange at times, but I loved that!
Riding in on a wave of food-dramas, this one is, uh, spicy, fun, and a little over-the-top.
Pretty weird but great female empowerment themes!
The magic realism was really well done in the story and the almost constant medium shots + close ups creates a very intimate experience
Beautiful cinematography. It's melodramatic, sensual and touching. Magical and whimsical.
So sensual and delicious! I love magical realism and this movie is a perfect example. I usually dread movies based on books but this was A+
For the romantics.Every essence of hyperbole is ready for you to enjoy- like ripe fruit gently falling away from the core!
Love the magical realism in the movie. So production issues with lighting and sound, but other than that, amazing
Fair adaptation of the book. Sometimes awkward, but if you want to dream out of the usual romantic story it's a nice one
Really good film exploring traditions vrs desires, is lust actually bad? Great film!
