One of the best depictions of aliens on Earth in cinema. Easy contender for best picture and other coveted awards.
Incredible film! Can’t believe I slept on it for so long! Attack the Block meets District 9, and yet completely it’s own story. Must see!
It features a lot of subtext about colonialism.
The story in general, is personally pretty unpredictable, especially because it's a different story with a blend of sci-fi and colonization

People sleeping in cars on the street. People streaming their lives for $$. We kinda live in this world right now, minus the sci-fi elements

Interesting plot with a deeper look at society’s interaction with aliens. It was a heart felt and realistic portrayal of a possible future
4 ⭐️ is prob overrated bc it’s sometimes unsatisfying & casting felt off, but the creativity, novelty & commentary are way better than good
A movie that appeals to my cynical world-view with some weird little guys. I like.
