it was funny but also had a very real message. sort of similar to Barbie (2024) in that way. gold acting and storyline

French version is still my favorite, but this one focuses more on him losing his privileges than the romance itself.
Throughly enjoyed and wish there was more like this out there. A good start for sure. Solid 7/10
Must be Cohens time of the week and what the f is penile filler. Fun film
A fun if not predictable fish out of water tale. Loved all the little Easter eggs. Unfortunately does not rise above the basic concept.
A fantastic idea marred by…erm…patriarchy. In matriarchal version women are still thin, full of make up, & hairless + not a good ending.
French version is better, but the commentary in this one is still edifying. The female obsession with cowboys and horses cracked me up.
It's shallow and easy to watch. I didn't know it was a remake, the French original is probably better.
