Absolutely hypnotizing, thought provoking and exceptionally well shot. A masterful work of cinema
One of the most solid premises in film history, put it doesn’t payoff in a satisfying way. Dated pacing and acting too unfortunately
The emotionally withdrawn performances hold a mirror up to you and ask you how you feel instead of telling you. How will the dominos fall?
A little too methodical and detached for me to stay engaged. Well-produced, but it left me hollow.
This is my 5th Bresson movie and I have to accept that he isn’t for me I guess. His characters are emotionless to the point of absurdity.
