A solid movie based on real events. Pretty sure they took liberties with how it really went down, but it is still a compelling watch.
A tense cold-war story. Great Harrison Ford.
I would consider this a hidden gem for war movie enthusiasts. It does deserve more recognition
Tense story about true events during cold war on a russian submarine
I feel like this isn't as popular as it deserves, however it's probably my favorite in the submarine warfare genre. Tense and interesting.
The actors definitely carry this film but the story is emotional and strong as well
Some tense scenes in a mixed film. The performances are very good and thankfully keep the film from sinking.
Certainly a convincing setting. The cast do well with what they're given, but the story has the distinct sense of being "Hollywooded up."
it is mildly interesting, non essential retelling of a Russian nuclear sub. It can be good it isn’t the apex of the genre. Watch Chernobyl
Based on a true story. Nuclear power is so good yet so dangerous. A decent film with Neeson and Ford. Good supporting cast.
