queen latifah being hilarious and fun to watch, cute story and entertaining movie.

I have this thing Queen latifah i just love her movies. And this one absolutely delivers ! The basketball world setting is also interesing.

Same story, different setting (backetball). Predictable and forgettable.

I read reviews… and tried to get my family to watch this as a kid… but it was only intended for an audience that we were not. Let’s be real.

Pam Grier/Phylicia Rashad are wasted & the script relies on at least 3 split-screen montages (none of which are fun). Definitely skippable.
