A great message of tolerance, I can’t wait until one day movies like this won’t be necessary.
Worth watching for good acting. Preachy but makes up for it with a bit of introspection. Father, played by Wahlberg, is the ultimate loser..
The movie has a very important message to deliver but I think the movie was very slow and felt like it was missing something.
It's a decent movie with important message but the movie could have been better. Most scenes are boring.
A powerful, grounded drama. It handles heavy themes with grace, anchored by a raw performance that finds the beauty in a tragic journey.
An important story that should've been delivered better. Most scenes are boring and don't quite make sense in the movie as a whole.
It’s powerful but Joe Bell isn’t very likable. Even so, this movie made me cry so much.
Though the performances are great and there are a few good scenes, the film ultimately can't help but devolve into formulaic schmaltz.
It's ok but there's something missing in this movie. Theme is important but while it's bad on a true story, doesn't always feel authentic.
It was all right, not terrible but gets very slow and boring at points but an okay movie overall
