The cultural aspect of it was preatty good, but the horror aspecte were really bad.
A lot of plot conveniences and subpar intelligence of characters. Monster was really cool and cultural representation was dope.
Tries to fool you for being created by the Get Out people and for being this multicultural metaphor. Absolutely fails everything.
The editing and soundtrack try to convince you it’s scary like a laugh track trying to convince you something’s funny. Really bland.
Starts strong, but loses serious steam in the third act. The script is horribly written and I hated almost every character by the end.
This was a little bit refreshing to see something pulled from Hinduism and even though it's not a masterpiece but it's still a good movie.
While I enjoyed the culture for East Indian origin, I was disappointed. Predictable, scenes felt used from other films. Pass on this one.
Only thing that would've made the ending weirder is if the girls made out at the end instead of hugging
I really tried to like this movie, something different culturally. However, the only thing that was good in the movie was the food.
This Eastern Folk/Mythological Tale is told here on the Western shore... It's a Funtastic Scary time...
