An incredible look into movie production that mixes with cool fictional elements and character dynamics.
A film about how hard it is to work with so many different egos that want to tell one same story in many different ways, cinema is painful.
Vistually stunning, like most French films. A lot of funny scenes, overall an enjoyable film.
I liked where the story was going until it abruptly stopped going anywhere and quickly wrapped up. Acting was good, but I was disappointed.
One of the wackier batshit takes on a “fish out of water” premise. Definitely the Frenchest.
really slow/plotless so not for everyone, but interesting look at the filmmaking process/how it affects everyone uniquely
A claustrophobic tale of female objectification (both emotionally and sexually). Maggie Cheung is amazing as always.
The song at the party/in the end credits was bussin
Liked it but Les Vampires is so much better on every level
I'm already a sucker for movies about making movies, but this has such a unique, compelling atmosphere. Hard to pin it down just one genre.
