One of the greatest films ever. A complex structure of four stories throughout history, tied by theme. Perfect set pieces and camera work
cannot understand the medievil storyline.
super slow and somewhat clunky. Still worth the watch for the history lesson but you'll have to save more than a few hours on this one.

It’s a good movie and all, but did anyone else notice that like a 1/3 of the cast had a fake beard on?
While I'm not a fan of the religious tones and outdated views of the director, it can't be denied that this film is a well made and epic.
Important, no doubt about that, but terribly boring. There are better Griffith movies.
Not as engaging as some other famous titles from the silent era. It is confusing and it feels like some point is lost between all the cuts
