Did not know what to expect but it turned out to be one of my favourite Western movies. Also with a cool cameo from John Wayne!
The Longest Day format doesn’t work as well with a fictional Western. So many actors that have little time to have any impact. Not unified.
Stellar cast with a great exploration of the West. Must watch.
The cast and music carry this film. The pacing is too slow, but the cameo from John Wayne is definitely the highlight of this film.
