Weird, scatterbrained fun. This makes Magical Mystery Tour look normal.
Trippy… Very weird, wacky movie. I guess it spoke to the psychedelic crowd of the time.
Just a classic example of 60’s cinema taking an experimental turn. The music is well done and the criterion restoration is beautiful.
Like a stream of consciousness anthology movie of skits that are either trippy, nonsense, or purposefully confusing. Nothing here makes sense
Weird weird 60’s psychedelic movie. Die hard Monkees fans would love this.
Haven't seen this in decades but I remember it is a lot to get your 'head' round sober!😁 Strangely U may need 2 get out of it 2 get in2 it!
Tons of wierd fun with rapid fire music and likeable skits.
🎶 Hey hey were the monkeys, and people say we make boring movies, but we’re too busy singin, too prove anybody wrong 🎶
Both in concept and execution, this is one of the most interesting films I’ve ever seen. Certainly had more to say than I thought it would.
i love head
