Really unique film. Suffers from being entirely build up for the last five minutes, so much of the film meanders about not doing much.

Can't describe how stressful the whole movie is but it should be! Life after WW2 was pretty rough, so close to reality

A relentlessly depressing film about survival in post WW2 Germany which then gets even more depressing and then ends utterly without hope.
