after watching this I desperately need an episode of friends where jennifer aniston is smiling
I'm sure it's supposed to be this low energy and stilted to reflect life at a certain age but....i was just so bored through a lot of it.
It mostly felt like a critique in most ways, although I felt it sometimes took itself pretty seriously.
Complete waste of some brilliant talent.
I remember watching this and that's about it
Amazing acting, a relatively light but well-written take on class-consciousness. Aniston is not bad, but still sticks out on an indie crowd
It was pretty boring and it did not jave a resolution at the end
My least favorite of Holofcener’s films but still overall enjoyable with great performances from a fantastic cast, at times very funny
The characters are relatable and it’s really fun seeing these great actresses riffing together. McDormand and Keener in particular shine!
One of the most boring yuppy thot pieces out there, it’s like when kids sneak wine and try refill it with water…but with adulthood.
