It's a heartbreak movie, but a beautiful one. Painful love, real life struggles, inner battle and that bittersweet taste of forbidden.
It portrays a very realistic, painful love— it seriously left me heartbroken for everyone involved, but it was worth the watch!
Great movie. Heart wrenching at time, but definitely worth the watch.
It has some problems but one of the earliest gay romances i watched that felt complex and real.
This one is about human complexity, heart, desire, flesh and bones. Very sexy and profoundly sad. Max must be from another planet.
Although not excellent, it’s a pretty intriguing and promising story, one that describes well enough the complexity of its material!
A staple of gay culture(if there ever is such a thing). Once you've seen it, you'll wish to forget it. Just so you can watch it again!
A good film, though the main character is an unsympathetic jerk overall. It’s understandable but not entirely forgivable
Nothing really happens. Could have been so much better
Definitely one of the better made LGBTQ romance movies ever made, right up there with Brokeback Mountain and Call Me By Your Name.
