It is worth seeing for Fassbinder’s performance but it is still very good overall.
A biting commentary on human greed and the dehumanizing nature of capitalism. One of Fassbinder’s best.
Are there any other gay movies with such a sharp class analysis? Especially from the 70s?
Structured beautifully. Even though it's clear how things will end, it's still absolutely crushing.
Slow and kind of depressing.
