Takashi Miike doesn’t disappoint. Love how the story grows more chaotic as the characters get closer to each other.
Bloody & moody dark comedy with surprising bits of heart within makes it a unique watch and memorable enough to leave a lasting impression.
A wild ride through and through with Tarantino qualities.
What got me hooked about the movie was the way it portrays its action scenes. They are as violent as amusing. It was a true delight.
I can see the Guy Ritchie comparisons. Its dark humor and gore makes it a bloody blast. Not much on the romantic side but a good watch.
Has its moments but takes way too long to get started and drags on at the end.
This is a fantastic and crazy crime thriller, it does skimp on the romance but it’s full of Takashe miike fan service that truly rocks
Fun, amusing movie, mix of Tarantino and Guy Ritchie. I enjoyed watching it.
Imagine a better version of a Guy Ritchie film blended with gory violence and gallows humor and you’re pretty close.
Idk but I don’t think Yakuza don’t fight with Katana anymore.
