Not as good as other films by Farhadi. But still ok.
A new and pleasant story and a film by my favourite director Asghar Farhadi.
An absorbing movie with an amazing cast, credible dialogue and beautiful cinematography, but don't expect it to end in a neat bow.
It is shockingly realistic as you’d expect from farhadi and yet very formulated too. But definitely worth a watch.
A slow burn built on trust and silence. Beautifully acted & full of that familiar quiet pressure only Farhadi knows how to create!
More a family drama than an out and out thriller. Cruz and Bardem are in especially good form though I wish the ending had a bigger payoff.
Penelope and Javier are electric in this. The way the tale unfolds revealing guarded truths is hypnotic and brilliant.
Cruz and Bardem are literally perfect together.
Although it starts slowly, Everybody Knows never fails to hold viewers’ interest and is supported by fantastic performances.
Great acting by a great cast, the plot is real and could happen to anyone.
