Loved it! Can't believe they never made a sequel
One of my favorite childhood books with potential for a really cool screen adaptation.... I was SO sad after seeing this movie.
Another movie that is great if the book hadn't been read.
For the love of god do not watch this movie if you liked the books. It's so bad it's an insult to an entire fan base
Good enough introduction to fantasy for kids but I rather show my kids lotr and wait till they do these books justice
Not the worst movie ever, but i did not enjoy it that much. Very forgettable and sub-par.
Did not read the books, did not enjoy the film. The baby dragon was cute and the music was nice, but that was all.
a failure adaptation of a well loved & exciting fantasy book, this movie sadly does not capture the magic of dragonriding in paolini's tale

An ugly, low-stakes, dumbed-down adaptation of a really promising bit of source material. Thank goodness it never got a sequel.
