Strong message with decent character design.
A bittersweet movie of friendship and differences. No spoilers, but this movie will make you laugh, and make you cry. I loved this one.
Great Joe Dante Sci-Fi with a plot that has been ripped off too many times to count
An absolute classic of the sci-fi genre that manages to be thrilling, funny, and heartwarming. Quaid and Gossett are fantastic.
Cheesy at times but I respect it for its message of tolerance and empathy. Quite entertaining as an adventure film and make-up looks cool.

Shame on Quaid 2 have this dull nonsense in his filmography really! Lou Gossett Jr is an awful actor anyway! Just bad casting, plot & story!
I like the premise of the film and I feel it’s an interesting film to watch if you have watched hell in the pacific.
