Man, Jake G really had a stretch there where he was the best actor in Hollywood, shame it’s been all downhill since he was Mysterio
It's definitely a split personality movie, but one that takes place in the subconscious. Notice how all of the sequences seem dream-like.
Enemy is a mind bending, well crafted, well shot, crazily thought-provoking film from the great Denis Vilenevue. So creepily bone-chilling.
I studied film because of this movie! It’s so refreshing when directors don’t treat the audience like mindless idiots.
An amazingly done film that is also extremely confusing but once you watch it a few times you will then understand it
Complicated and mind-bending, this movie is definitely worth a watch, especially if you like allegories
Lots of symbolism, hypersexual, and most of all, unforgettable.
Interesting slow-burn. Gyllenhaal is excellent
Villeneuve’s most underrated film. Complex and surreal. Leaves a lot up to interepretation, but gives the viewer plenty to work with.
Will leave you wondering what just happened??
Absolutely phenomenal performance by Jake gylenhall, just a really dark (literally) movie that everyone should give a watch
With an intriguing, thought-provoking concept, and directorial flair to spare, "Enemy" isn't a masterpiece, but it's not far off.
Really thought provoking and Intriguing film about a man and coping with relationships.
Jake masterfully carries this film on his back with the editing and score adding to the suspense and excitement, insane ending though.
Not for everyone. But its good for those into more ambiguous stories and mystery.
Incredibly engaging plot, amazing performances, and confusing spider motifs. What’s not to love?
Incredibly gripping film. It's so satisfying to see a director and actor mesh together as perfectly as Villeneuve and Gyllenhaal.
Mind bending movie that will leave you thinking about it long after it's over
Slow burner with almost obsequious attention to detail make for a tremendous thrill and great 'rewatchability.'
Mysterious, weird, dark movie about one's fear of commitment and self.Took me 3 watchings to finally get it,definitely one of my favorites
