Bardock is one of the best characters in the Dragon Ball franchise. However, he doesn’t save this movie from how average it is.
It's a pretty sweet prequel. Its essential viewing for any DB fan.
A fantastic prequel introducing Bardock and his squad. If you like the shows this is a must.
Overall it’s a solid DBZ prequel. Just wish that it didn’t take itself so seriously and that Bardock was a bit more charismatic.
Watch it in Japanese the dub is terrible
