Struggling comic Lance Barton knows what it's like to die on stage. But when his life takes an unexpected turn - straight to heaven - Lance is sure there's been a mistake. Miraculously, he's right! Probably didn't age well, but still really funny to me. Chris Rock played his part well. Edgy without being too aggressive.

Regina King is excellent as the love interest but really the only bright spot. Forgettable comedy that has a few solid jokes.

Simple and enjoyable movie. I always tune in if I catch it on tv.
