Had to check it out because I heard that it was even too much for Tarantino, needless to say I was kinda disappointed by what I saw.
A man who was about abused as a child builds a fireproof room and flamethrowers women he kidnaps. Drive-in, exploitation classic.
A poor man's psycho.
