its gonna be hilarious if this guy dies at like, 80
I’m not saying I don’t recommend it but I don’t. It was weird but interesting. Who the heck takes that many vitamins just saying?
It's just crazy to witness how far someone will go to reach perfection
I gave the high rating just bc i like watching bryan. He s so inspiring.
packs a whole lot into its runtime and asks some very good questions. Excellent and well rounded interviews. Vulnerable and very human.
Bryan is weird but intriguing to watch. I can’t imagine dating or even being friends with him. Interesting documentary though.
Everyone has its own definition of happiness, he's happy... great, but to me, it seems he is a prisoner of himself, not living the present.
Rare insight into Bryan's relationships, his reliance on his son feels heavy. Applaudable showcase of vulnerability
A good story that shows his relationships, life and the science behind his precise life
He has a really interesting story
