This strange movie embraces the craziness that Nic Cage and Willem Dafoe provide. If you like your movies a bit surreal, this is for you.
Goofy nick cage movie, but Willem Dafoe makes it slightly enjoyable. Editor was on drugs tho, but in a bad way.
I only watched this because William Dafoe's in it, and thats probably why any one should watch this. No point to it but still entertaining.
I enjoyed the filmmaking, even if the screenplay has errors and the overal tone of the film being really darkly comical,it has watchability.

Really wanted to like this, but it’s quite bad in all respects. A clunky, poorly written crime film. Apart from Cage/Dafoe, acting is awful.

Right before First Reformed, Paul Schrader gave us a compellingly terrible rendition of modern crime films.
Trying way too hard to be a Quentin Tarantino film and fails in almost every respect. Bad writing, dialogue, and acting across the board
Boring, unlikable characters. Bad script. Great writer who should stick to writing. Sometimes it's shot well, mostly not. Nic is a mess.
