Uplifting, true story about underdog Miami H.S. chess team. Great acting. Leguizano terrific as caring teacher despite script problems.
Underdog story and teens who found a different path out of getho. But, unless you are into chess, the movie is just ok.
Critical Thinking fell flat despite its promising true story. Weak character development and a dull plot made it hard to stay interested.
Movie was a tad slow, I love this true underdog story but just wish the movie made you feel a bit more emotion
It a uplifting film and it have some moments of greatness but it a bit of a slow burn and John Leguizamo is good & the cast is solid.
The core cast deliver impressive, engrossing performances. I found it to be an imperfect, but captivating drama
