Three stories about the world of opioids collide: a drug trafficker arranges a multi-cartel Fentanyl smuggling operation between Canada and the U.S., an architect recovering from an OxyContin addiction tracks down the truth behind her son's involvement with narcotics, and a university professor battles unexpected revelations about his research employer, a drug company with deep government influence bringing a new "non-addictive" painkiller to market.

Superficial and clichéd with too much stuffed into the two hours.
Follows three interweaving storylines about the opioid epidemic. Sad, frustrating, but well done.
A really great cast makes this movie good where it could have been great.
Good film about the opioid epidemic. 3 different stories in one. A mother, the law and a scientist all try and stop it spreading further.
Such a great cast gone waste.I expected more.
Boring, it starts to pick up at the end but by then it's too late for redemption.
There are a few threads paralell to each other during the movie to show the negative effects of todays drugs from more point of view.
Awful plot
Good enough
