2.5 more like. Tries to amp up drama poorly, better when subtle with suspense. Weird 'heartfelt' moments. Overuse of names in dialogue.
A good watch with a good amount of suspense to keep you wondering until the end. The interpersonal story feels a bit forced at times though.

Bottle movie + SETI + astronomy + buddy movie. That's what this is. Slow burn, but a really cool movie. I had a great time.
