Decent thriller from the 90s. Nice to see Stallone playing a more serious and understated character.
A film carried by stellar performances from the four leads, taking on a more down to Earth story of cops and corruption.
The hero of this movie feels like a real person and not cool action figure man, which sets it apart from the rest.

An invigorating (if derivative) film about the omnipresence of police corruption.
The movie gives a great insight into how the institutions we should be able to trust can get corrupted by greed something too common in USA.
Once in a while Sly Stallone makes a film were he fits like glove. Like the first Rocky or Rambo this is one of them.
Good police focused movie. It is not always accurate, which detracts a bit but is still highly enjoyable.
