Starts off unbelievable & its hard to get engaged but about halfway thru the characters get interesting & it ends up ok 3/5 on the fun meter
A weird movie about alcoholism and kaijus… because why not… in the context of the movie it’s interesting, although… weird…
Colossal skillfully intertwines toxic relationships with a giant monster narrative, offering a captivating and original film.
I wish more movies were this wonderfully weird.

If ‘galaxy quest’ is the perfect ‘star trek’ movie, ‘colossal’ is the perfect ‘Godzilla’ movie… not at all what I was expecting!
I didn’t know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised. An interesting look into addiction.
Utterly original story that's got monsters, "nice" guys, abuse of power & enablers. An unexpectedly smart film with terrific performances.
