Man it’s just a tragic masterpiece. On of spike lees best films
Great crime thriller, fantastic cast and performances
Great Harvey Keitel performance in a good Spike Lee joint.
Racial tensions between drug dealers and the police. A nice crime film.
Entertaining but I was expecting more with the actors involved
Shot really well but way too long and slow. There isn’t nearly enough material to fill out this movie’s runtime
An ensemble of charismatic scene-stealers in Spike Lee's trademark storytelling and cinematography make this Elmore Leonard rework a classic
Harvey Keitel plays street smart Brooklyn detective assigned to break up low level drug dealers. Based on novel by Richard Price.
Forgot most of the plot but nevertheless I remember it was good. Drug dealers and detectives and trying to break out of the criminal life.
A bit melodramatic but compelling through out. Delroy Lindo gives an amazing performance.
