Gritty account of the Rape of Nanking, brilliant cinematography, wonderfully acted
The most difficult movie I've ever had to sit through, but definitely worth it. The film is real, and heartbreaking.
This unknown gem depicts the brutality of Nanjing, focusing on the atrocities that followed. Hooks the viewer and makes you uncomfortable.
So dark story, has some good sencs but it hasn't a straight story with main character so you just follow some spraited storys
A beautiful, engrossing experience that is extremely dark and realistic in its approach, much like the Pianist and Schindler's List.
