Watched for a deaf studies film class, it has an interesting perspective. Marlee Matlin really makes the film.
wow a really beautiful film showing that you don’t need to completely change for someone, but you can meet in the middle
This is well made and the plot is compelling and all, but the real stand outs here are the two leads, everything else takes a backseat.
Good directing, acting, and writing. A sweet movie although slow at times.
It's fine, kinda weird how often he pushes her to speak, like in the most selfish, fear-affirming ways, and they still make it work?
A landmark film. Worth seeing even if you don't end up enjoying it.
On of the most moving romantic dramas I have ever seen. They are incredible actors and they make this love story the most beautiful ever.
