Beautiful practical effects, amazing music by Giorgio, and a scary scene involving a dark empty room.
As far as reboots go this was fairly well done.
A unique remake which seeks to improve lore, character likeability, and expand the original suggested feminist angle into sexual identity.
Sure it was a bit over the top but it was still visually beautiful and fun
Despite good performances, and a couple gripping scenes, the remake of Cat People was simply uninteresting.
Here's the pitch: "How about instead of werewolves they're cats!" "Sold!"
A sleazy, grittier retelling of the original film from the writer if Taxi Driver deals more with incest. A little long, but damn good.
Was never a fan of this movie. Didn’t find it very interesting, better movies to watch from the 80’s
Worth a watch for the special effects and soundtrack, but not much else.
Very frightening type of horror drama. Compelling cast, slick SFX, + some good acting are on offer. You might be allergic to kitty's after!
