The famous “I am the captain now”…only to realize the movie will go to great lengths just showing..how much he is not the captain
High tensions and an incredible true story. Hanks puts in a master class of acting. Abdi was also outstanding. Scary circumstances.
Based on real events. Tom Hanks is terrific as usually and the story is intense. Very good movie.
Woah. The movie is just amazing. Only con is that the real events were the opposite, Captain Phillips hid instead of defended his crew
Good story and great acting. Definitely a one time watch.
So simple but has excellent tension and acting
Such a good movie after a true event. Great acting, and an unpredictable story!
I have never weeped at a scene that completely caught me off guard like the end did. That PTSD moment said so much and added to good movie
An intense story that really captures the realism of the situation
Solid movie. Not my fav of Hanks. Still well done and keeps you vested.
