Captain Corelli's Mandolin

Must B 20 years since I saw this but not a spectacular effort by all concerned, just enjoyable if viewed once on a Winter's night perhaps?

Good romance war movie with some solid performances, beautiful cinematography

Too much drama and romance for my liking.

It has some great photography and music, but the story and the performances have a lot of problems!

I'm Greek and Italian, so it was interesting seeing both in a movie, the accents we're bad but I liked the story :)

The book is infinitely better. Such a shame.
