I think it tells a common story in a new way and with a story about how your passion can consume you
One of the better FF imo. It's slow, but gives u enough to not loose interest. No masterpiece by any means, but entertaining for what it is!
Enjoyable entrance into the genre that's actually very meta.
The horror film-within-a-film is scary, but the frame story has awful acting and has nothing new to say about horror or filmmaking. Skip!
Too convoluted for me, which is a shame because the idea is interesting
Great idea w/ natural "people on the street" interviews & meta commentary on the contrivance of found footage, but can't sustain interest.
I was doing other things and it still drew me in.
The clearly expect you to buy in enough to re-watch and dissect frame-by-frame,but there are too many plot holes and terrible actors to care
Probably the greatest horror movie of 2018 or of the decade! It’s a crime this movie doesn’t have a dvd or blu ray release! 10/10 horror!
This is actually a breath of fresh air on the found footage genre. I liked it a lot! 8/10
