Silly rags to riches 80s comedy. Love John Candy and Richard Pryor together. Would be a tricky feat.
Entertaining comedy. Duo of Pryor and Candy works well
It’s one of those movies I watched as a kid and I have really fond memories attached to it.
An interesting concept ripe for a remake in my opinion
Movie was.a blast with the incomparable Richard Pryor. Never realised until much later in life that it was a remake.
OMG imagine if this was the sort of crazy film that got a reboot 2day, the original script would B totally scrapped 4 some inane makeover 🙄
Classis comedy with a great, simple premise. Richard Pryor is what makes it work.
Basically an updated version from 1945, it’s a decent movie, it has some laughs, but overall it’s forgettable.
Definitely loved it, a good comedy with lightness, fun, and an interesting plot, either way if it's a rare type, I'd still say it's worth it
A classic 80s comedy that I've watched at least 5 times.
