I've seen a ton of coming of age movies and this one really takes the cake. Classic plot, but it's executed so well.
Sit back, relax, and enjoy a over the top hilarious night woot with 2 nerds
Really funny, lots of laugh out loud moments!
classic spin on your typical teen movie making it a true reflection a modern teenage life
One of the more realistic coming of age buddy movies. I was blown away when I first watched it, reminded me of my best friend and I as kids.
Really fun film with compelling characters and solid representation!
This movie is surprisingly funny knowing the bad movies the director makes. I can watch it a thousand times and I'll laugh the same way.
watch for the a24 logo and feminism stayed for jared and hope they are fine asf
Silly, raunchy buddy comedy focusing on two girls I'd have loved to have been friends with. Bonus: animated segment that was pure hilarity.

Olive, an average high school student, sees her below-the-radar existence turn around overnight once she decides to use the school's gossip grapevine to advance her social standing. Now her classmates are turning against her and the school board is becoming concerned, including her favorite teacher and the distracted guidance counselor. With the support of her hilariously idiosyncratic parents and a little help from a long-time crush, Olive attempts to take on her notorious new identity and crush the rumor mill once and for all.
Five high school students from different walks of life endure a Saturday detention under a power-hungry principal. The disparate group includes rebel John, princess Claire, outcast Allison, brainy Brian and Andrew, the jock. Each has a chance to tell his or her story, making the others see them a little differently -- and when the day ends, they question whether school will ever be the same.
With the occasion all but overshadowed by her sister's upcoming wedding, angst-ridden Samantha faces her 16th birthday with typical adolescent dread. Samantha pines for studly older boy Jake, but worries that her chastity will be a turnoff for the popular senior. Meanwhile, she must constantly rebuff the affections of nerdy Ted, who is unfortunately the only boy in school who seems to take an interest in her.
Two high school girls are best friends until one dates the other's older brother, who is totally his sister's nemesis.

Thirteen-year-old Kayla endures the tidal wave of contemporary suburban adolescence as she makes her way through the last week of middle school — the end of her thus far disastrous eighth grade year — before she begins high school.
A stage director and an actress struggle through a grueling, coast-to-coast divorce that pushes them to their personal extremes.
Lady Bird McPherson, a strong willed, deeply opinionated, artistic 17 year old comes of age in Sacramento. Her relationship with her mother and her upbringing are questioned and tested as she plans to head off to college.
