31/2* First directing effort based on true story of intolerance. H.S. football player kills punk artist. Should be shown in every H.S.
This was such a hidden gem for me and I loved every minute of this movie!
This filmed in a way that you can feel every bit of pain and anguish they felt. Describes different being feared perfectly. Incredible.
Brutal but so compelling to watch. Highly unexpected to be as good as it was since I heard so little about it.
This movie will elicit empathy even from the most closed minded individuals. Very humanistic perspective on a very mid-understood movement.
True tragedy of societally accepted discrimination and violence, because the oppressor has a "good" background and the oppressed does not
You'll love it if you're into underground punk culture
Besides American History X, probably my favorite movie. An outrageously sad true story, beautifully told, that emphasises humanity's worst.
It's one of the saddest films that touches your heart, and its a story that based on real life it makes you feel more involved in the film
If this movie doesn’t move you, you aren’t human
