Pryor gives an amazing lead performance. Banger of a song played throughout that sounds orgasmic with headphones on
Beautifully crafted tour de force. Several very memorable scenes. A gripping and gritty plot.
Another Paul Schrader great. Brilliance from start to finish, with amazing and charismatic performances and an excellent script.
Schrader knows how to write a movie. The leads are great, pacing is perfect, as well as the funny lines in the first half. A new favorite!
Keitel and Pryor shine in this low budget, doc-styled film about workers standing up to management. Character & dialogue make it memorable.
A great little crime story that encompasses blue collar desperation.
Not what I was expecting from a 70s era Paul Schrader joint, but the longer Blue Collar goes on for, the more sense it all makes. Pryor is🎯
Didn't connect with this one. Feels structureless and flabby. Pryor didn't do much for me as the lead. Interesting setting and ideas.
Pryor and Keitel....enough said.
