This hits close to home, since I was in the area and remember the events. But the movie could have a better pace and be less tedious.

A disturbing and incredibly well-acted drama about the surrogate father/son bond between the men who perpetrated the DC sniper attacks

A slow and well acted descent into madness. It’s fascinating to see how a person’s mind can become twisted over time.
