Perfect British comedy: dark and witty. Nobody could do better justice to the script than Ben Chaplin and Nicole Kidman.
A bit dull in middle, but Nicole Kidman's performamce is good. The story is really good, complete arcs for both main characters.

Fast-moving story about a lonely guy sending for a mail order bride who has an agenda of her own. Somewhat predictable but overall a winner.

Some great scenes and dialogue. The development of their relationship once things are revealed is interesting. "Are you a giraffe?"
Just about the only thing I can remember about this movie is being bored out of my mind. Oh and Nicole Kidman's shitty accent.
