An all-to-familiar tale of a man abusing his power for wicked purposes, but told through a very interesting and unique lens. Worth a watch.
Showing again that rape isn't about sex, but about power over another.
I was unfamiliar with this before watching and the documentary does a good job presenting it's case, Bikram comes off as extremely abusive
Well made documentary captured the dark psychpathic side of Bikram.
Totally creepy Indian guy that invented sweaty yoga uses his power to abuse and assault women, what a prick!
This is an important story to tell but the director just didn’t tell it in the most compelling/memorable way. Felt rushed & surface level.
Worth a Friday night if you’ve ever done hot yoga.
There are better docs like this, but this guy has his own unique set of quirks that make it worth watching.
Feels like they tried to lengthen this into an 1h30 doc but it could’ve only been 20min. In fact, could’ve been one phrase: Bikram = garbage
Gives yoga the respect it needs, but thankfully it doesn't do the same for the yogi predator.
