Fav Sino-film.The cinematography was amazing; main leads were great. Movie tackles bullying, and the bullying the lead tolerates is intense.
Deeply upsetting but also profoundly moving. The message is an important one and the leads' fantastic performances certainly did it justice.
The noirish vibe and naturalistic real world setting help the transcend the teen genre. Moving, gripping, and so, so intense.
